Appointment was easily scheduled online. My car was accepted on time. I received a friendly greeting. and the waiting area was very comfortable. Work was completed and charged as expected. I will return when next service is needed.

Service at dealer was excellent, things outside of their control. I bought a new car last May, it's a few weeks of being a year, I'm retired, the manual states oil changes should be performed every 7,500 miles. My wife also has a car and both serviced at Pugi. I had a great experience with the General Manager, Gary Nudelman. I bought my vehicle from Pugi VW in 2016. At the time of purchase, I negotiated for the installation of heated seats. My vehicle was taken by a representative of Pugi VW to a third party for installation. On its return, the same representative stated that I had a lifetime warranty for the installation and if ever I encountered any problems I should bring the vehicle to Pugi VW for repairs.
