Today we’re pleased to report that VW Credit Inc (VCI), a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group of America Inc, is expanding and adding more jobs! VCI provides financial products and services to Volkswagen and Audi dealers and their customers in the United States, and their current location in Libertyville, IL represents one of Libertyville’s largest employers! They are now expanding this facility and this expansion will create approximately 150 jobs! This is great news for everyone involved!

Andrew Stuart, Chief Executive Officer and President of VW Credit, Inc, had this to say about the expansion:

“VW Credit, Inc. has been experiencing an upsurge in growth in recent years, and we are pleased to be able to create additional jobs to accommodate this growth. … VW Credit, Inc.’s expansion, coupled with increased U.S. sales among our brands during the first quarter of 2012 by 40 percent, aligns with Volkswagen Group of America’s ambitious growth strategy.”
